Meet Brant Parker

With three years of direct experience in the flooring industry and a lifelong background in residential construction, Brant understands the craftsmanship and attention to detail that go into creating beautiful, functional spaces. Growing up around finish carpentry, cabinetry, and countertops gave Brant a solid foundation that allows him to help customers confidently navigate flooring selections that complement every aspect of their home.

Brant has completed Schluter DITRA-HEAT installation training, expanding his expertise in modern flooring systems and giving him valuable insight into heated floor applications and proper installation practices. His construction background, combined with his commitment to ongoing education, allows him to provide practical guidance and trusted recommendations for homeowners and contractors alike.

A lifelong Southern Utah resident, Brant is proud to call St. George home. He graduated from Dixie High School, where he excelled in both baseball and football and was a member of the 2006 Dixie High School State Championship baseball team.

He later attended Southern Utah University, where he played football before serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Spokane, Washington. After returning home, Brant completed his bachelor's degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Communication Research from Southern Utah University.

Brant's passion for serving others extends well beyond the workplace. He actively gives back to the community as a Little League coach, serves on the Cedar City 24th of July Celebration Committee, hosts Red Cross blood drives, and currently serves on the Cedar City West Stake High Council. He enjoys building lasting relationships with the people and communities he serves, both professionally and personally.

Brant and his wife, Chyanne, a Southern Utah University Cheer and Stunt alumna, are proud parents to two energetic sons, Ronix and Adler. Much of their free time is spent coaching, cheering from the sidelines, and supporting their boys in youth sports. As a family, they also love exploring Southern Utah's outdoors through camping, hunting, snowmobiling, and fishing whenever they have the opportunity.

Whether he's helping customers choose the perfect flooring for their home or volunteering in the community, Brant is known for his integrity, approachable personality, and genuine commitment to helping others. His combination of local knowledge, construction experience, and dedication to exceptional service makes him a trusted resource for customers throughout Southern Utah.
