Meet Caytee Wankier

Throughout her time with the company, Caytee has developed a well-rounded understanding of the flooring industry, assisting customers with everything from takeoff measurements and project coordination to marketing initiatives that help connect homeowners with the products and services they need. Her combination of technical knowledge and strong communication skills allows her to help customers feel informed and confident throughout the flooring process.

Caytee has received specialized training in both QFloors and Measure Square, giving her the expertise to accurately measure spaces, prepare project estimates, and support customers through every stage of their flooring projects. She enjoys finding ways to simplify what can often feel like a complicated process, ensuring every customer receives thoughtful guidance and exceptional service.

A graduate of Parowan High School and Southern Utah University, Caytee is proud to call Southern Utah home. After completing her education, she was grateful for the opportunity to return to the area she loves and become part of a company that shares her commitment to serving the local community. She believes meaningful change happens when people are willing to get involved, and that philosophy guides both her professional and personal life.

In addition to her work at Pioneer Floor Coverings, Caytee is deeply committed to community service and leadership. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Southern Utah University Board of Trustees, where she helps support the university's mission and future direction. She also serves as a director for Peace for Paul, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young people in Uganda gain access to educational opportunities. Within her church, she serves as the Stake Young Women President, mentoring and supporting young women throughout the region.

When she's not working or serving in the community, Caytee enjoys spending time with her husband, Preston, and their three children, Carl, James, and Madi. Family is at the center of everything she does, and she values creating lasting memories while encouraging her children to serve others and make a positive difference in the world.
