Meet Glenn Graff

Co-owner and Manager of Pioneer Floor Coverings & Design Cedar City Location.

Glenn Graff has dedicated more than 37 years to the flooring industry, building a career rooted in exceptional customer service, thoughtful design, and a commitment to helping families create homes they love.

Specializing in residential new construction, Glenn works closely with homeowners, builders, and contractors to guide flooring selections that complement each home's design while meeting the practical needs of everyday living. His decades of experience have made him a trusted resource for customers throughout Southern Utah.

Having grown up in the flooring business at Pioneer Floor Coverings, Glenn developed an appreciation for quality craftsmanship and customer relationships at an early age. He officially joined the company in 1999 and spent more than two decades helping grow Pioneer into one of Southern Utah's premier flooring retailers. In 2022, Glenn became a co-owner of the company, continuing its long-standing tradition of providing exceptional products, expert guidance, and outstanding customer service.

Glenn has completed Schluter training and believes that continuing education is an important part of staying current with the latest products, installation methods, and industry best practices. His hands-on experience, combined with decades of product knowledge, allows him to confidently guide customers through every stage of the flooring selection process.

A lifelong Cedar City resident, Glenn is a graduate of Cedar High School and earned his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Southern Utah University. His family's roots in Southern Utah date back to the mid-1800s, with generations living in Santa Clara, Cedar City, and Parowan. That deep connection to the region has shaped his commitment to serving the local communities that have supported Pioneer Floor Coverings for generations.

Glenn is actively involved in the community through the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce, BNI Synergy Chapter, and the Iron County Home Builders Association. He is also passionate about mentoring young athletes as a baseball coach for Cedar High School and Cedar Clutch. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife, Amie, and their two children, Jennifer and Max.
