Meet Kristy Farnsworth

Kristy believes that every home tells a story, and she enjoys working closely with customers to bring their vision to life. Whether helping someone choose the perfect hardwood floor, coordinating tile selections for a new bathroom, or finding materials that fit both a family's lifestyle and budget, she is passionate about making the design process enjoyable and stress-free. Her years of industry experience, combined with a natural eye for design, allow her to confidently guide customers through every step of their flooring journey.

A true Southern Utah native, Kristy has deep roots in the St. George community. She was born in St. George when the city's population was only around 19,000 people and comes from generations of Southern Utah pioneers. Her great-great-great-grandfather helped plow the first ground in Salt Lake City in 1847 and later served as one of the contractors who helped build the historic St. George Utah Temple. Today, a statue honoring his contributions stands on Tabernacle Street in downtown St. George, a reminder of her family's longstanding connection to the area. Although life has taken Kristy to a few different places over the years, Southern Utah has always felt like home, and she is grateful to have returned to the community she loves.

Outside of work, Kristy enjoys spending time with her son, Branson, and her daughter, Brooklyn. She's also an animal lover and adores her cat, who is an important member of the family. Whenever she has free time, you'll often find her exploring the beauty of Southern Utah. She loves spending time outdoors, searching for unique rocks, visiting Gunlock, discovering new backroads, and taking in the incredible landscapes that make the region so special.

Kristy's passion for design, her deep local roots, and her genuine love for helping people make her a trusted resource for homeowners throughout Southern Utah. She is proud to be part of the Pioneer Floor Coverings team and looks forward to helping customers create homes that are both beautiful and uniquely their own.
