Since graduating from college, she has been building her career in the flooring industry through marketing and customer service, helping showcase projects, connect with customers, and tell the stories behind every installation.

Lexi earned her bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing from Utah Tech University, where she developed a strong foundation in digital advertising, content creation, branding, and consumer engagement. During her time in college, she also served as a marketing intern for the City of St. George, gaining valuable experience creating content, supporting community initiatives, and learning how thoughtful communication can strengthen relationships with local audiences.

At Pioneer Floor Coverings, Lexi plays an important role in bringing the company's work to life through engaging digital content, social media, and customer communications. Whether she's capturing the transformation of a newly completed flooring project, highlighting the latest design trends, or helping customers stay informed about products and promotions, she is passionate about creating content that is both informative and inspiring. She enjoys finding creative ways to showcase the craftsmanship and quality that define every Pioneer installation while helping customers feel confident throughout their flooring journey.

Having called Southern Utah home for the past three years, Lexi has developed a deep appreciation for the area's communities, landscapes, and growing local businesses.
