Meet Misty Potter

Office Assistant of Pioneer Floor Coverings & Design Cedar City Location.

Misty Potter serves as the Office Assistant for Pioneer Floor Coverings in Cedar City, where she helps create a welcoming and organized experience for customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Having been with Pioneer for nearly two years, Misty has become a valued member of the team through her positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and genuine desire to help others.

With more than 20 years of customer service experience, Misty understands that exceptional service begins with listening, clear communication, and treating every customer with kindness and respect. Her professional background has taught her the importance of building relationships and ensuring people feel valued, qualities that she brings to every interaction at Pioneer Floor Coverings. Whether she is assisting customers, supporting the sales team, or helping keep the office running efficiently, Misty enjoys making the flooring process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

In addition to her work at Pioneer, Misty has spent more than 23 years working in the airline industry, a career that has allowed her to combine her passion for customer service with her love of travel. Her experience in both industries has strengthened her ability to adapt, solve problems, and provide outstanding service in a variety of situations.

Misty has also dedicated much of her life to serving the youth in her community. She has coached both volleyball and basketball at the high school level and has spent more than two decades serving youth through her church. She enjoys mentoring young people, encouraging them to build confidence, work as a team, and reach their full potential. Her commitment to investing in others reflects the same caring approach she brings to her work each day.

When she isn't working, Misty enjoys traveling and making memories with family and friends. She believes that meaningful relationships, whether with customers, coworkers, or members of the community, are at the heart of a fulfilling life.
