Preston Wankier brings 17 years of experience in operations and business development to Pioneer Floor Coverings, where he plays a key role in guiding company growth, efficiency, and customer experience.

With a strong background in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, Preston focuses on building systems and relationships that support long-term success for the company and its customers.

Preston holds an MBA from Southern Utah University and has completed Schluter certification training, further strengthening his understanding of industry standards, installation systems, and product performance.

He has also served for five years on the Mohawk Dealer Council, where he contributed to discussions and initiatives focused on product development, dealer support, and industry best practices.

Throughout his career, Preston has been actively involved in business and community organizations, including BNI Utah South, the Hurricane Chamber of Commerce, the St. George Chamber of Commerce, the Washington Chamber of Commerce, and the Southern Utah Home Builders Association (SUHBA). His involvement reflects a strong commitment to supporting local business growth and strengthening industry connections throughout Southern Utah.

A graduate of Cedar High School and Southern Utah University, Preston has deep roots in the region. His background also includes previous service with Washington County Search and Rescue, reflecting his commitment to community involvement and service beyond the workplace.

Above all, Preston is a husband and father of three who values family and community. He brings that same sense of responsibility and dedication into his leadership at Pioneer Floor Coverings, where he is focused on building a strong company culture, supporting team development, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience.
