That background helped develop her eye for color, texture, and design, allowing her to guide customers through flooring selections with confidence. She understands that choosing new flooring is about more than selecting a product—it's about creating a space where families can live, gather, and make memories.
Since joining Pioneer, Rachel has built strong relationships with customers by taking the time to understand their goals and providing thoughtful recommendations throughout the flooring process.
