Rachel Despain has been a valued member of the Pioneer Floor Coverings team since 2019, bringing years of flooring knowledge and a passion for helping customers create beautiful, functional spaces. Her experience includes both the flooring industry and the interior design trade, giving her a well-rounded perspective when helping homeowners and businesses select products that complement their style, needs, and budget.

Before joining Pioneer Floor Coverings, Rachel gained valuable experience working in the design industry in Arizona. That background helped develop her eye for color, texture, and design, allowing her to guide customers through flooring selections with confidence.
