Meet Whitney Graham

Office Assistant of Pioneer Floor Coverings & Design Washington Location.

Whitney Graham serves as the Front Office Administrator at Pioneer Floor Coverings, where she plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and ensuring customers receive a welcoming, organized, and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

With just over a year in the flooring industry—all of it with Pioneer—Whitney has quickly become an essential part of the team through her strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

In her role, Whitney focuses on customer support, office coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations that help the entire Pioneer team stay efficient and connected. She enjoys being a central point of communication between customers, sales staff, and installers, and takes pride in helping make each project experience as seamless as possible. Every day brings new learning opportunities, and she continues to build her knowledge of the flooring industry through hands-on experience.

Although Whitney does not yet hold formal industry certifications, she is actively developing her product knowledge and understanding of flooring systems through her work at Pioneer Floor Coverings. She values the opportunity to learn directly from experienced team members and to grow within a company that supports professional development.

Originally from Las Vegas, Whitney moved to Utah in 2021 and is proud to now call it home. She appreciates being part of a local, family-oriented company that serves homeowners and contractors throughout the community. The welcoming environment at Pioneer has made her transition to Utah especially meaningful.

Outside of work, Whitney enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Whether hiking, camping, going to the beach, or snowboarding in the winter months, she values staying active and making memories with the people she loves. She and her husband—along with their two children and two dogs—make the most of every opportunity to explore and enjoy the outdoors together.
