You can get luxury vinyl plank to suit any decor, from beach-themed to industrial chic, shabby chic, traditional, transitional, and more.

Luxury vinyl provides amazingly affordable and realistic wood, stone, and tile images. It follows all the trends, so there are thousands of photographs from which to choose.

What is beach-themed decor?

First, to be accurate, beach-themed is often referred to as coastal. But it is not nautical or even Mediterranean, for that matter.

It takes its cues from natural light and soft tones to give the atmosphere of a beach. Materials are natural, such as wicker chairs, and breezy and wood-look LVP floors are usually whitewashed, light maple, or ash.

Blue: evoking thoughts of sky and sea

The color blue–in all shades–is currently trending. Designers often call it the new neutral because it doesn't overwhelm while adding a spot of color.

Ocean blue and aqua hues with creative patterns make us think of waves, seashells, or sea creatures are all in.

Luxury vinyl tile can also be used for stone looks, as can vinyl plank. White, cream and gray marble are particularly popular for this decor. Check out Athena-Corinthian Coast or Athena-Maiden's Veil Adura Flex Tile by Mannington.

And don't forget about wood-look tile mimics!

Although mainly associated with planks, some will use LVT to mimic a wood look tile. For example, check out Curated Grain by Karastan-LuxeCraft.
